LINGYA OPTICAL is operated by 深圳市凌雅光学有限公司 in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. This website is intended for businesses discussing eyewear development and manufacturing. The business owner handles questions and requests about information shared with us through sales@lingyaoptical.com.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we receive your name, work email, company or brand, and project type. You may also provide a phone or WhatsApp number, project notes, a frame reference and supporting files. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and discuss development, sampling or production. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Please share only information needed for your project. If you need an NDA before sharing confidential documents, contact us first.
Inquiry records and providers
Inquiry records are stored in our website administration system. Uploaded inquiry files are stored separately from the public media library and require authorized administrative access. Internal inquiry notifications include project information and file names. Uploaded file contents are not attached to automatic messages. A confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
We use ZeptoMail to deliver business notifications and confirmations, and Zoho Mail’s China region for our business mailboxes. Notifications go to inquiry@lingyaoptical.com; sales@lingyaoptical.com is our public business contact. Our primary website hosting is Tencent Cloud Lighthouse in US Silicon Valley. Hosting, database, email and analytics providers process information needed to supply their services. These regional descriptions do not mean that every service operation or backup occurs exclusively in those locations.
Browser storage and optional measurement
Your cookie preference is saved in this browser for 180 days. It includes the preference version and your Analytics and Advertising choices, without your name or email. Browsing, uploads and inquiries work without optional tracking.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure website activity. When you allow Analytics, it measures page views and selected interactions, including inquiry starts and successful submissions. GA4 is linked to Google Ads for applicable conversion measurement. The successful project inquiry event, generate_lead, is the configured conversion event. This configuration does not mean that an inquiry has been attributed to an advertisement. We may use Google Ads to advertise our services. Conversion measurement using data from this website is subject to your Cookie Settings choices.
Google tags load only when Analytics is allowed. Advertising storage and advertising user-data consent are granted only when you also allow Advertising; ad personalization remains denied. Advertising click identifiers require both Analytics and Advertising permission. Our custom events do not include inquiry contact details, project notes or uploaded files. A random event identifier is used for duplicate lead measurement protection. Google receives permitted measurement data, which may include browser information, cookie identifiers, and campaign and referral metadata, for analytics and applicable advertising measurement. With Analytics permission, campaign and referral information may be saved in your browser for up to 30 days and accompany an inquiry. Browser expiry does not remove attribution already saved with an inquiry. The website sends ad personalization consent as denied and disables Google Signals in its tag configuration.
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choices. Reject Optional disables Analytics and Advertising. Disabling Analytics clears accessible analytics cookies, attribution and related form/lead session storage. Disabling only Advertising clears accessible advertising cookies and attribution, while Analytics may continue if permitted. The page may reload to stop a previously loaded tracking script. Withdrawal stops future tracking in the withdrawn category; it does not automatically erase information already received by a provider.
Connection and request information may also be processed to operate the website and limit abuse. We use Wordfence for website security, including firewall protection, login security and attack-record processing. These security functions are separate from optional analytics.
Manual review and retention
For inquiries that do not become orders, we manually review records 12 months after the last substantive contact and delete information no longer needed. Unnecessary attachments are reviewed for cleanup within 90 days of project closure. Related email and delivery records are checked with the inquiry. Converted project and order records follow the actual contract and applicable retention requirements. Security logs are reviewed every 90 days. These are manual review processes, not automatic expiry rules.
Existing backups are retained and do not expire automatically. The browser storage periods above do not determine retention of business records or backups.
Questions and requests
Contact sales@lingyaoptical.com to ask about, correct or request removal of information you supplied. We may need enough information to locate the inquiry and verify the request. The business owner reviews relevant website records, files and communication copies, including any ongoing project or required retention before deciding what can be removed.
