VIEW OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESSThe exact production sequence varies by frame material, construction and project requirements.

Materials and components are selected and prepared according to the approved construction and finish specifications.
Frame components are shaped and machined to the required dimensions and construction specifications before assembly.

Where required, metal components are joined or brazed according to the approved construction, positioning and joint specifications.
Edges, joints and surfaces are progressively ground and polished to refine transitions, smooth contact areas and achieve the required surface finish.
Specified markings and product information are applied using controlled printing processes, with positioning and finish adjusted to the requirements of each project.
Where specified, lenses are automatically edged to the required frame shape and dimensions before fitting, supporting consistent sizing and efficient final assembly.

Frame components, hinges, temples and lenses are assembled and adjusted to achieve proper fit, smooth movement and the required final configuration.
After final quality approval, finished frames are cleaned, protected and packed according to the confirmed order and packaging requirements.
Finished and semi-finished frames move through defined quality checks throughout production and before packing and shipment.
