Gloved hands inspecting an optical frame and temple connection

QUALITY, MADE VISIBLE

Control is a sequence not a final moment

Quality is built through repeatable checks — from incoming materials and components to in-process inspection, final inspection and packing.

Quality Built Into the Process

Quality control is carried through multiple stages of production rather than left to final inspection alone. Materials, semi-finished frames, dimensions, surface condition, function and packing are reviewed at the relevant stages before release.

Before Production

Incoming materials and components are checked before use.

During Production

Semi-finished frames and critical assembly details are reviewed before the next process.

Before Shipment

Finished products, appearance, function and packing are checked before release.

QUALITY CONTROL STAGES

The frame is reviewed while it is being made

Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming materials and key components are checked against approved specifications for material, color, thickness, dimensions, finish and visible defects before they are released into production.

02

In-Process Inspection

Semi-finished, unplated frames are inspected during production to confirm structural condition, connection quality and process consistency before surface treatment and the next manufacturing step.

03

Surface Finish Inspection

After polishing, each frame is inspected for surface consistency, edge quality and overall finish. Scratches, polishing marks, uneven gloss, sharp edges and other visible imperfections are identified before the frame moves to the next stage.

04

Dimensional & Alignment Inspection

Critical dimensions and frame alignment are checked during inspection. Key measurements such as lens width, bridge width, overall front width and temple alignment are verified to ensure the frame meets specification before final approval.

05

Hinge & Functional Inspection

Hinges, screws and temple movement are checked for secure assembly, smooth operation and appropriate resistance. Each frame is opened and closed to identify looseness, abnormal friction or misalignment before final approval.

Final Appearance & Cleanliness Inspection

Each finished frame is carefully reviewed for surface condition, color consistency, cleanliness and overall appearance. Visible scratches, stains, residue, uneven finishing and other cosmetic defects are identified before the product is approved for packing.

Packaging & Pre-Shipment Inspection

Model, color, quantity, accessories and packaging condition are verified against the confirmed order requirements before shipment. Finished products are protected, packed and reviewed to ensure the final shipment is complete and ready for dispatch.

From Approved Sample to Production Consistency

Production checks are carried out against the confirmed project requirements and approved reference. Key dimensions, construction details, appearance and functional condition are reviewed throughout production to help maintain consistency from sample approval through bulk production.
